This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Aiz LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit easyaiz.com (the “Website”), contact us, engage our automation and integration services, or otherwise interact with us. Please read it carefully. By using our Website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.
1. Who We Are & Scope
Easy Aiz LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Its San Francisco address is used solely as a U.S. mailing address. We are a business-process automation and integration company that helps organizations streamline and scale their operations through workflow automation, software integration, and related consulting and implementation services (including as a Zapier Solution Partner). As part of delivering these services, we may work within software platforms and systems that our clients control.
This policy applies to information we collect:
- on this Website;
- through email, text messages, phone calls, web forms, scheduling tools, and other electronic communications between you and us;
- when you purchase, subscribe to, or receive our services; and
- when you interact with our advertising, content, or accounts on third-party platforms that link to this policy.
This policy does not apply to information handled by third parties we do not control, or to the data our clients independently collect from their own users (see Section 3).
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. The governing-law, dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-action-waiver, and limitation-of-liability provisions of the Terms of Service — which are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States — also apply to this Policy.

3. Client Data We Process for Services
When we deliver automation and integration services, we often work directly inside platforms and systems that our clients own and control (for example, automation, CRM, database, and workflow tools). In that context:
- We act as a service provider/processor on our client’s behalf and process data only to perform the agreed services.
- We access client systems through client-provided credentials or platform-specific roles, and clients can revoke our access at any time.
- We follow a data-minimization approach and do not download or retain client end-user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to deliver and support the work.
- Where sessions are recorded for quality or documentation purposes, recordings are stored securely; clients may request that sensitive sessions not be recorded.
- We keep client information confidential, do not share it between clients, and honor applicable non-disclosure agreements.
If you are an end user of one of our clients, the client’s own privacy policy governs that data, and you should direct privacy requests to the client (the “data controller”). We will assist our clients in responding to such requests as required by our agreements and applicable law.
4. How We Use Your Information

- respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide customer support;

- send administrative messages and service updates (which you cannot opt out of while you have an active account or engagement);

7. How We Share Information
We do not rent your personal information. We may disclose it to:

8. Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising; Opt-Out Requests
Easy Aiz does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may use and share certain personal information, including identifiers, contact information, device and usage information, and advertising-event data, with advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google to support Easy Aiz’s advertising, sales, and marketing activities, including targeted advertising, retargeting, attribution, and campaign measurement. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” even when no money is exchanged. Our use of advertising and analytics cookies and similar technologies may also constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under those laws.
SMS consent exclusion:Â Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share such information only with service providers that help us deliver our messaging program.
Targeted-advertising and sharing opt-out requests. Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, you may submit a request by emailing info@easyaiz.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out.” We will process eligible requests as required by applicable law. If applicable law requires Easy Aiz to provide an additional opt-out mechanism, Easy Aiz will make that mechanism available.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age. We do not sell or share the personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK without an appropriate legal basis, such as consent.
9. Marketing Communications: Email, SMS & Calls
9.1 Email (CAN-SPAM)
Our marketing emails include our physical mailing address and a clear way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@easyaiz.com; we honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days). We may still send you non-promotional, service-related messages.
9.2 SMS/Text Messaging (TCPA & carrier requirements)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Easy Aiz (for example, service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers), which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent exclusion:Â Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share such information only with service providers that help us deliver our messaging program.
9.3 Phone Calls & Prerecorded/Automated Messages (TCPA)
By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you give prior express consent (and, where required, prior express written consent) to receive calls and messages from Easy Aiz and those acting on our behalf, including via automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, for service and marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by telling us during a call, replying STOP to texts, or contacting info@easyaiz.com.
9.4 Communications Consent, Dispute Terms & Limitation of Liability
By agreeing to our Terms of Service and submitting any form on our Website, or otherwise providing your contact details, you agree to receive postal mail, email, telephone calls, automated and prerecorded/artificial-voice messages, and SMS/text solicitations from Easy Aiz LLC and its business divisions, affiliates, partners, vendors, and clients. You agree to be contacted on a recurring basis for as long as you participate in our programs or messaging campaigns.
We may share identifiers, contact information, device and usage information, and advertising-event data with advertising and analytics partners to support Easy Aiz’s advertising, sales, and marketing activities, including targeted advertising, retargeting, attribution, and campaign measurement. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from this sharing. You may opt out of communications and submit applicable privacy opt-out requests using the methods described in Sections 8, 9.1, and 9.2.
Completing any form on our Website constitutes your electronic signature and your agreement that Easy Aiz LLC and its representatives, agents, and partners may contact you by telephone (including at a wireless number), email, SMS, or prerecorded message using the information you provided, and you understand and agree that this consent applies even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may revoke it at any time using the opt-out methods in this policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that you will not “build a case” against Easy Aiz LLC by counting alleged infractions per solicitation, and that, by submitting any form, you release and waive any claim against Easy Aiz LLC arising out of alleged infractions occurring before your submission, including those relating to SMS, email, or automated/prerecorded calls. Message and data rates may apply, and you are solely responsible for any third-party fees you incur in connection with being contacted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or loss of profits. If any provision of this section is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this section operates to waive any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
To unsubscribe from email, phone, SMS, or automated-dialing communications, email info@easyaiz.com and include the phone number and/or email address you wish to remove, or reply STOP to any text message.
10. Data Retention

We may retain information longer where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
11. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, and secure credential management. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; any transmission is at your own risk. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.
12. International Data Transfers
We process information in the United States and in other countries where our team and providers operate. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from yours.
13. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia — you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of your information;
- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
- not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA):Â If Easy Aiz is subject to the CCPA/CPRA with respect to your personal information, California residents have the rights above, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, and the business purposes, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because our targeted-advertising disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law (see Section 8), eligible California residents may submit an opt-out request using the method described in Section 8.
How to exercise your rights: email info@easyaiz.com (subject line “Privacy Request”) or use our contact form. We will verify your identity before responding and aim to respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days with notice). You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; residents of states with an appeal right (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) may also contact their state Attorney General.
14. Your EU/UK Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise these rights, contact info@easyaiz.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We do not use your personal data for solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our Website and services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact info@easyaiz.com and we will promptly delete it.

Our Website and communications may link to third-party websites, platforms, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
17. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for DNT, and our Website does not currently respond to DNT signals.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as a Website notice or email) where appropriate. Your continued use of the Website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
